Printed copies are produced when you order them, then posted. That means a few days before it ships, and it also means a book is never out of stock.
Where we ship
Worldwide. Delivery times vary a great deal by destination, and the honest answer for some regions is "several weeks".
Customs charges, where a country levies them, are the recipient’s.
If it does not arrive
Get in touch with your order reference. A copy that is genuinely lost is replaced.
