When you get your money back, and how.
Digital editions
If a file will not open, is the wrong book, or is broken, you get a working copy or your money back — your choice.
Because a digital book cannot be returned, a change of mind after you have downloaded it is not usually refundable. If you have barely opened it and it is not what you expected, say so anyway; we would rather you were not stuck with it.
Printed editions
Printed copies are made to order. If one arrives damaged or misprinted, send a photograph and a replacement is posted — you do not need to return the damaged one.
Cancellations are possible until the copy goes to print. After that it exists, and it is coming to you.
How to ask
Get in touch with the order reference and what went wrong. Refunds go back the way they came.
